Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging.

Exchange Eligibility

Items may be exchanged if:

• They are unused and in original condition.
• The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• Original packaging is available.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our home décor products, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings.
• Handmade variations that do not affect functionality.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval.
